Export sales assistant / officer


Main responsibilities
- export sales administration
- handle sales quotation and sales enquiries
- develop export sales business
- tracking of sales orders
- completing export documentation
- liaise with order administration and logistics to ensure product availability
- provide information / research on competitors activities

Candidate profile and skills
- fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus)
- preferably some previous experience in export sales / customer service and preferably in a manufacturing environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong commercial / sales acumen
- good appreciation of international cultures and attitudes
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office and other business related software
- Definitely a plus with AC/ HVAC/ home appliances experience
